The Devil is in the Details
I had a really interesting chat with one of my upcoming wedding clients earlier this month. I don't think I ever heard the phrase "Untraditional" used so much in my entire life, and yet, the core value of their upcoming wedding remains exactly what I would want it to be; EACHOTHER! Why Co-Working?
It's not a rhetorical question. I genuinely think people are asking why I am consistently turning up to "co-work", even when nobody else is joining me. - Sorry about the randomness of this one, but stick with me, please. In truth, I had this theory that people would turn up en masse, and cheerlead me through the admin parts of my job, and I would do the same for them. As it turns out, my availability doesn't match everyone else's, and my idea was in fact, probably, just that

I said I wouldn't do weddings...
A few people asked me if I would focus on weddings in the past and I always said no. I always had a good excuse too, about time, and management, and the pure magnitude of the task ahead. Looking back at 2025, and it turns out, I ate my own words. I'm not going to say I am mad about any of it. In fact I am surprisingly proud of myself. The few weddings I did certainly don't make me a "wedding photographer" but it does cement the fact I could be. 2026 already has some booking
