
A few people asked me if I would focus on weddings in the past and I always said no. I always had a good excuse too, about time, and management, and the pure magnitude of the task ahead.
Looking back at 2025, and it turns out, I ate my own words.
I'm not going to say I am mad about any of it. In fact I am surprisingly proud of myself. The few weddings I did certainly don't make me a "wedding photographer" but it does cement the fact I could be. 2026 already has some bookings at some epic venues, and I am so excited to really get stuck in. I have tagged some of the 2025 venues in the gallery below.
I think what shocks me the most is how I have kind of fallen this way. Weddings are booked way in advance usually. I think the least amount of notice I have ever had is 5 weeks, but that was definitely a unique circumstance. Maybe I should be less surprised, but here I am living my dream as a photographer, by capturing one of the most important days in peoples lives! How lucky am I?
So before this blog post (my first since April - Whoops) becomes a love letter to my growing career, and the couples who have helped me progress this far, I will end with a simple
